December is the start of Mount Newton Centre Society’s annual Light the Way fundraising campaign. This year we’re inviting the community to drive-thru and view our festive light display. The grounds of the centre will be lit every night from December 5th, 5pm-9pm. Please stay in your car and follow the one-way route to safely enjoy the displays.

Santa Nights

We’ll have two special nights when Santa will be here with staff and board members accepting donations and safely handing out a homemade holiday treat – Saturday, December 12th & 19th from 5pm-7pm.

Light Up the City

This event wouldn’t be possible without our collaboration with Kelly Kurta and the Greater Victoria Festival Society who has made us a location for Light Up The City. You can vote for our display during the month of December on their website. A special thank you for the strings of lights that were donated by community members and to the Historical Artifacts Society for loaning us lights, decorations and volunteering their time to help us set up.
