Join us on Sunday, December 8th from 1pm to 3pm at Mount Newton Centre
2158 Mt. Newton Cross Rd.
Our annual Light the Way campaign raises funds for hands-on care and services for over 5000 individuals. It’s also an opportunity for us to thank our contributors, enjoy friends & family, remember departed loved ones, and welcome new support.
All donations made in the month of December will be represented by an ornament on our tree.
