At Mount Newton Centre we care deeply for our clients and their health and safety is our priority. We have been monitoring the situation concerning COVID-19 and have been taking extra precautions in our day to day operations. Based on updated information from the Provincial Health Officer and supported by Island Health, Manager of Adult Day Programming, and with the best interests of our clients and staff in mind, we have made the decision to suspend all of our community programs.
Mount Newton Centre will be closed to clients as of today (March 16th) until the end of March. We will notify you of any changes to these dates. Mount Newton Centre staff will continue to keep in touch via telephone with our clients and caregivers during this time.
